How to Order Ordering plants and gardening products from Pernell Gerver's Online Store is quick, easy, and secure! With our secure shopping cart system, all you need to do is enter how many you want in the quantity box and click the "Add to Cart" button to add the item to your shopping cart. The shopping cart keeps track of all the items you are ordering. When you are done, simply click on the "Checkout" button and follow the instructions for completing your order via our secure server. Or, you can choose to print an order form and pay by mail. We respect your privacy. We do not sell or give any of your personal information to anyone else. You have seven payment options: Visa MasterCard Discover/Novus American Express ATM/Debit card (with Visa or MasterCard logo - select credit card payment option) Pay by mail with a check, money order, or credit card PayPal Payments - other credit cards, checking account Shipping Information Our shipping charge is fair! Orders are carefully packed and shipped via UPS and our shopping cart figures out your actual shipping charge including a nominal packing charge and insurance to anywhere in the United States automatically. Shipping charge is based on your order's weight and destination and is calculated on the shopping cart when you check out. This is the most fair way to determine your order's shipping cost to your location. Your shipping charge does not increase substantially when you order multiple items. Because the shipping charge is weight based, your shipping cost actually decreases on a per item basis the more items you order. The shopping cart will display which UPS shipping services (UPS ground, 2nd day air, 3-day select, next day air, etc.) are available to your address. All rates include insurance so if your package is lost or damaged in shipment the lost or damaged item(s) will be replaced at no charge to you. You will receive an email from UPS when your order is shipped which includes a tracking number so you can see where your package is and when you can expect it to arrive.
